500g Chicken Breast cut into 2cm cubes
1/4 cup Teriyaki Marinade
1 Green Capsicum, cut into 2cm squares
2 Shallots, cut into 3cm lengths, plus 1 extra, sliced to serve cokking oil spray
4 x 90g Hakubaku Soba Noodles
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Break out the chargrill! It's Teriyaki Time!
1. Combine chicken and marinade in a shallow dish and turn to coat.
2. Thread chicken, capsicum and green onion alternately onto skewers, Lightly spray a chargrill with cooking oil and preheat on medium. Cook skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade, until chicken is browned and cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain, Add oil and toss to coat well.
4. Serve skewers on a platter with noodles and extra green onion.
