270g Hakubaku ramen noodles
1.25 litres Chicken stock
1tbsp Peanut oil
2.5cm piece Fresh ginger (minced)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
225g Pork (minced)
8 Shiitake mushrooms (finely chopped)
4 Spring onions (finely sliced, diagonally)
6tbsp Sesame sauce
5tbsp Light soy sauce
Chilli oil (to taste)

STEP ONE:SPICY SESAME SAUCE
Heat the oil, in a wok or frying pan.
Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the pork, shiitake mushrooms and spring onion and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the sesame sauce, soy sauce and chilli oil and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside.
STEP TWO:RAMEN NOODLES
Cook noodles according to packet instructions.
Drain and divide evenly amoung 4 deep serving bowls.
Heat the chicken stock.
Place the spicy sesame sauce over the noodles.
Gently ladle the heated chicken stock into the serving bowls.
